The winery is the true pulsating heart of the Tenuta. Surrounded by a serene and relaxing atmosphere, that alludes to the genuine times of rural life, the winery, as required, answers to the most modern technological needs and to the most intense research of innovation and quality. earth, stone, wood and steel fuse in this building, in harmony with an advanced oenological technology that supervises the phases of winemaking, storage and refinement of our wines. 

Innovation and manual labor: a winning combination

The ripening phase takes place both in steel barrels and wooden barrels: after that, comes the refinement, in bottles, for at least 6 months. Our techniques let us cultivate quality grapes destined to the DOCG Chianti and IGT (Indicazione Geografica Tipica). Just as you would expect from an historical Tenuta, we like to apply a winning combination of innovation and highly specialized manual labor. Our winemaking methods are scrupolous and elaborated: wine is an art, that requires not only passion, but lots of competence and professionalism.

Behind the success of our wine, there's the great work done in the vineyards. Passion, love for the land, manual activity and, mostly, careful selection of the grapes. Consequently, the Tenuta vineyards boast not only the presence of the best Sangiovese, Trebbiano, Malvasia, Canaiolo, but also a few big "internationals", such as Merlot, Sirah, Cabernet, together with a small selections of other varieties
